Our People
Steve James, our Service Manager, has worked throughout the US at various Service Centers. He has been the Service Manager in Colorado, Florida, California, and now Michigan. He has been servicing and calibrating gauges for almost a decade. He has also been Factory Trained on ignition ovens by Thermo Fisher.
Brian O’Toole, our Regional Sales Manager, originally from Muskegon, Michigan, moved to North Carolina 12 years ago and currently lives in Holly Springs with wife Collins and new baby Aiden. He worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years and spent a few years working in the home health industry throughout the Carolinas. He earned his BS in Business Administration and Minor in Communication from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
